These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OddlyStructured platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

OddlyStructured provides an AI-powered platform for practicing system design interviews and receiving automated feedback. While we strive to provide valuable practice opportunities, we do not guarantee specific interview outcomes or job placement results.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use our service, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Payment Terms: Our service is available on a subscription basis at $30/month. Payments are processed securely through our payment processor.

Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify our subscription pricing at any time. If our pricing changes, existing subscribers will not be charged the new rate automatically. Instead, the new pricing will apply only upon renewal or if you choose to subscribe again. We will notify you in advance of any price changes that may affect your subscription.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period.

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with the operation of the service
  • Share your account with others or allow multiple users on a single subscription

5. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of your interview recordings and responses. By using our service, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our service.

You may share your interview reports externally provided you attribute OddlyStructured as the source.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The OddlyStructured platform, including all software, design, and content created by us, is our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform for its intended purpose while your subscription is active.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ODDLYSTRUCTURED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website or by email.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
